I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. If they really want us, they can leave a message on our voice mail. No message? I block the caller permanently. Doing that right now.

Just called and asked for someone that I have never heard of. I hung up and called them back. The guy that answered was very rude. When I asked what the name of his firm was he said he was not a firm he was Trans World Systems (?). When I asked what business they engaged in he said they "make phone calls". I hung up - what a douche.

This is TransWorld Systems, debt collector and they use alt number 407-900-2296.

Dale called our home number looking for my husband. Said he owed Doc's office money. I opened our health insurance account right away and found there are 2 claims for one annul check up. The second claim dated one month after my husband's visiting date. I told the person I have to call office tomorrow since there is obvious mistake on the claims. He said they sent bills but were returned. We never received any bill from this office. We had some issue before and took 6 months to settle down. I don't know why the office give collect agency our info right away. He also said there is mail to my husband was returned couple days ago. We never receive anything from them. He kept asking for payment. I told him my husband only went to the office once which is Annul Check up. I don't know why office billed insurance twice with different date. Insurance has over paid already. I have to figure out before I pay anything. He asked me when I am going to pay. I said it depends on the office. I asked him if you go to hospital once, are you going to pay twice for once service? Is it hard to understanding? There is no voice from the phone so I hung up.

So sad, these people have been calling me for about 6 years....lol maybe if they called one more time...who knows ;)
