It's the typical 'lower your credit card interest rate' scam. However, there was no prerecorded message. I was directly connected to her when I answered. I led them on with false information until she wanted the credit card number, and I called her the "C" word. She genuinely acted shocked, and kept asking "What"? I also heard a man in the background, saying "Terminate the call"! Much to my delight, I found this is a real number, and you can call it back and get someone on the line! I don't know if this is just a new tactic by them, or a trainee screwed up and exposed them a bit.
