Larry, Try this as your reply:
"HI !  my name is Larry and I want you SOo badly"

This number continues to call and is credit card solitication that is not welcome

finally was home when this number called and played its recording, I picked up and when prompted pushed 1...person on the other end, person on the other end was trying to solicite "lowering my credit card interest rates" ...but when I started asking questions about what company this was and where it was, humph...he hung up!  tried calling the number back and got a voice mail saying this number was no longer in service...except it was done from their end on voicemail, it wasn't a true phone company recording.......hope they call again when I am home!   Will bug them!

I  get this voice recording call at least once a week, " identifies themselves as 'Rachel' & says there's nothing wrong with my credit card.....

First part of message was not recorded.  Last part claims that they can lower my interest rates.  It makes no difference if the entire message was there, I have heard this message many many many times before.
