Caller says they represent a process server and they are going to serve papers on a relative of mine. These people try to get money out of you by saying you have some debt you have not paid. Don't fall for it. They say they will come by your house. I told them to go ahead and I would have the sheriff's department there. They harass people at their places of work also. If you are contacted by these people out of Florida report them and if they threaten to come to your home or work call the police department and report them online.

Process servers do not call you and they do not call your relatives.

They called me yesterday, wanted to talk to somebody I know, what I don't understand is how they know the name I call that person,bec I'm the only one who calls him like this. They wanted to know if I know this person .the conversation ended right there,bec I told them I do not know this person

They left me amessage looking. For some one. Look threw my public. Records. Knoes my name. Beware. Of the scams

I just got the same thing.
