I got a call from this number at 5;19 a.m. This would be understandable if the call originated from another time zone, but we're talking 3 counties away! How rude!

Why does everyone waste their time saying they got a call,  didn't answer it & don't know who it was or what it is about.  I could careless if people got 1, 2, 3 or 300 calls.  I  want to know who it is and what us it about.  I  was not home when they called or I would have answered,  found out what they wanted & posted it here and/or on phonenotes.org.
