the calls are most annoying in that they come as often as every half hour.  He should find something better to do...because I won't pick up his call.

This number is a scammer .They have invented many ways to scare you and ask for sending money. Best thing you can do is have caller ID phone that can block these numbers.That way these unknown # has to go on to your recorder.If you have blocked the number it will ring only once and disconnect the line.
