...IF YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER?

All of my family & friends #'s are plugged in my cell- this # popped up at 4:06 eastern.  I don't know this # and I'm not going to answer a call from someone I don't know- that's what voicemail is for.  They left no message.  

College collection agency that I've already infomred them we have owned this cell number since it was originate by the FCC when I worked for AT&T.  They are calling a 12 year-old child's cell, there is a record of the cease and desist we gave them.  Second time I've been told they would remove it from their files. I informed them if there were any further calls the documentation is already been filed with our attorney and we will file harrassment charges.  You'd think when they heard a child's voice on the recording they'd realize they were given a bogus number.

Call every day, no message and I do not answer unrecognized callers
