 Received a annoying call from Tracy White claiming to be with a law office.  She wanted to collect money she said I owed before it went to court.  I checked the phone number and saw it was not a law office, but someone just trying to frighten me into sending their company money I did not owe.

I just received a call on my cell phone and home phone (it's a number only family members have, so I don't know how they got it) from "UCM & Associates, attorney at law".  She said there is a summons for me (I acted like I was someone else).  The person I spoke to was Tracy White.  The number she called me from was 513-234-4454.  I'm glad I saw others have gotten this type of call with the same person calling.

Got a call from 513-234-4454. Said they were looking for someone and if this was a relative of mine could I pass along the contact info. Lady was Tracy White, sd she was from the law offices of UCM and associates. I told her I wasn't giving her any information and if I know this person I'd pass her number along but told her not to call me again. Not my job to help her track down someone who  may or may not be related to me.

If they call - ask her to speak with the lawyer she represents. She told me she was a paralegal. If you legitimately owe money - pay your debts, but always get proof of debt (invoice) and proof of payment in full. Don't be scammed but don't be a scammer either and try to avoid paying  your bills.

I am receiving automated calls at my office from hard to understand dialect claiming to be from UCM Associates which I have never heard of.
