Claiming to be from AT&T wanting to speak with the account holder.

The person called and said that he wanted to speak to the office manager. He mentioned one of our employee's name.  I let him know that this was a liason office and that the person that  he was looking for was in our Dallas office.  I was going to give him the telephone number and he hung up.  He then called again and asked for said person; for some reason, I said yes, she is at our Dallas office and he hung up.  I do not know if this person wanted to record the "yes" for some scam.  At any rate, I called the number back and left a message letting him know that the number had been reported.

Not a scam. I came online to search myself before dealing with them but got everything in writing a much better services. They are just contracted by AT&T to sell to small & medium sized businesses. Better in my opinion than calling AT&T and waiting ages.
