The consumer got a call from this number saying that there was a credit card balance of $3500.

Was on phone when this number called; they did not leave any message. If messages are not left I assume its just a telemarketer or a scam call.

Called, left no message. Assumed it was a telemarketer. Tried to call it back a couple of times to see if I would get a recording and it was busy every time.
