I got a phony-looking post card from a "Susie Parker" stating that she "has a recorded message that I should listen to and then decide if we should speak over the phone." HA!!! I'm not going to call little "Susie" or anybody ELSE!!! Are these guys just frickin' plain NUTS????

I gotta' add... on that postcard from "Susie Parker".... Altho the 407 area code is actually in the Orlando/Kissimmee area, the return address on her stupid postcard was GEORGIA!!! duh..... Crooked Susie. Naughty girl!!

Got a post card from same Susie Parker from Georgia with number to call in Kissimmee. it's a sham to get me to sell your house.. so no need to bother calling if u not interested. Offers to buy house all cash......yeh ok
