rude sales guy from company called green solutions. I asked him questions and he said I'm supposed to be the one asking the questions. Caller id shows probably 20 calls from this number in the last few weeks. This guy needs to find a new job.

The telemarketer asked if my electric bill was more or less than $150.  She was representing a solar panel installation company.
I have also reported this to the "www.donotcall.gov" registry.

When I answer I get a dial tone!

Usually there's no one there, I stuck on the line this time, eventually a woman with a latin accent said hello, but then hung up when I sarcastically said HOLA.  Guess she wasn't in the mood to be abused by me.
