I tried to call them back and it sounded like a child answered the phone and hung up. I called back a 2nd time, attempted to plead my case, and was hung up on. 3rd time went straight to voicemail, so I left a message how I don't speak Spanish and remove me from their call list. Let's see if it works.

There is a very good possibility the phone number was spoofed and that they used the number of an innocent person.  which is why you possibly heard a child answer.
