WHO EVER THEY ARE, THEY DONT EVEN SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH, DID NOT EVEN UNDERSTAND THE NAME OF THE COMPANY, SOMETHING, SOUTH----AMERICA, WHAT THE HECK IS THAT, I WAS FRUSTRATED AND HUNG UP

I got a call from this number on 3-28-08. Came up on the caller ID as O2C. They didn't say anything so i hung up. Very annoying though.
