I have good news and bad news. The good news is that the whole whistle/air horn thing will damage hearing. The bad news is that it will be your hearing that is damaged. That whistle/air horn thing is an urban myth.

This number called my unanswered cell phone and when I called the number back operator cut in and sais" All Circuits Are Busy". Obviously a scam call.
