A recorded message for Fla P & L customers wanting to lower elec rates. No person to talk to. When I tried to call number to leave a message, I get "please leave a message, then immediately I get "voice mailbox is full, try again later".
Now I get the same call from different numbers all with same result when calling back.
Very annoying
