I've had quite a few of these for account may be in jeopardy calls. These are scams. I usually press 1 to get connected and then just see how long it will take them to hang up.
The last lady ending it with lalalahh

Yep, called back and it gives a recording, "The number you have dialed is not in service. Please check the number and dial again." Then gives a busy signal.

They say they are Card Services. I tricked them into thinking I was interested and wanted to call them back if I found their rates better. They fell for it and gave me 1-800-622-7747. haha! Now adding to donotcall.gov and reporting their caller ID masking. Then I asked to be added to do not call and they hung up.
