Received a call stating they providing assesment to determine what is causing the electricity bill to go up. Caller  ensure to qualify me to get some government incentive to help with the issue. No idea how the go the value of my electricity bill?

Get calls from this number non stop even with call blocking service. Caller ID shows up as wireless caller. If this caller continues to harass and not identifying themselves I will have to report it to the police and start an investigation.

I received a call from a woman who said the company she was representing would be in our neighborhood to perform an energy assessment on homes in this area. I told her that within the past three years I had added attic insulation, impact windows and a solar water heater to my home and now my electric bills are lower. She promptly hung up on me. Rude.
