They just call all the numbers on the list they have, its a scam..

2013-04-18 9:50pm ATL - "due to my purchase I had won 6 days in Cancoon, Mexico..press 1 to claim your trip, or press 1 to claim your trip",... I hung up!

I was phoned by this number at 5:09 p.m. on 18/04/13.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  I was having a lot of trouble with unsolicited telemarketing calls in the last two years, and I took action to correct this.  I'm on a "do NOT call list".   I wish these scammers could be prevented from annoying people.  I would like to know what their percentage of success is.  There can't be that many gullible people left in the world, or am I being too optimistic?

I hung up after hearing it was a recorded call. Called the number back to make a complaint, the number was not in use. Isn't this a misrepresentation?. Shouldn't this be illegal?
