I get this same robo call over and over and over and over again everyday to lower my interest rate it comes from all area codes.  I can't stand it.  I researched the company consumer reports out of Chicago.  I called the FBI.  This has to stop!!!I
I put her name on the caller ID on this report so you can block it..

I just received another call from these  SO CALLED PEOPLE two minutes ago at 1:29pm on Saturday 4/18/2015. Actually this is the first time from  this particular spoofed number on a weekend. The exact same bogus recorded message "Hi this is Carmen from card member services this is your final notice to reduce your interest rate and BLA BLA BLA BLA!!!!!!! This so called number called 13 times now in this month of April so far usually from Monday on to Friday. 18 calls from last month. There are multiple spoofed call also showing up within  a few hours before this one or a few hours after this anywhere from after 8AM till close to 10PM weekdays mainly. I have been keeping a record since after the thanksgiving holidays reporting them  to the FTC and  I have been in contact with them & my carrier ATT.
