I received the call but didn't answer until after I found out who it was.  I have had to deal with these people off and on for years!  Any way, I spoke with Donna who was rude and hung up on me twice.  All that was said to her was "Please remove me from your call list." and then she hung up.  I told her that I would file a complaint if she kept it up.  I'm going to any way. :-)

Just called this number back...407-406-5870... Very nice operator. Explained that they are auto dialing to lower your Visa/Mastercard interest rates.  It's spam definitely, but at least he was nice in explaining what it was.

They need to be reported to the do not call registry.  What they are doing is illegal and they are not to be trusted with ANY credit info!  I have a private number that is and has been registered with the the do not call registry and they will not stop calling despite many requests for them to do so.
