This number has called me repeatedly and just recently called my place of business.  They do not answer once I pick up the phone and when the call is transfered to me at my job, they sit silently on the phone then hang up.  They actually told our receptionist they were calling me to "verify my address for a legal matter".  I do not have any legal matters that I am aware of nor do I think if this was from a legit lawyers office that they would ask a receptionist my personal information.   The messages they leave for my home are simply distorted and sound like a bunch of people acting crazy in the background. My phone company advised I block their number. I believe this is a scam and am very upset regarding the harassing calls to my job. This same call also comes from phone number 407-583-6832. Any suggestions?

Hi, This company has very rude representatives, and I became associated with them through a school I attended. I dropped my classes, but was still paying on loans, long story short, I got behind. I am not sure if their office is ran out of a garage or not, but it is very unprofessional, and the staff can become very rude, if things are not done their way. I called my  school whom was able to verify that they did sell my loan to the company, and I have been making payments, until recently, my hubby noticed that they have not pulled funds from my account. Odd right? So I called, because I was set up on monthly for 6 months, and did not want trouble with them, because on a prior experience, I was set up for six months, and after that I honestly forgot to call & have it reinstated for another 6months, and they gave me the worst ride you can imagine to explain what happen and just continue the payments. Anyway, I called today to see why they have not taken out my March payment, and the number is different, they did not answer at 11am, Odd?, then you have a woman with seductive voice state a message acknowledging who they are and what you can do for them to get back to you...I am now wondering if someone found out that this company is a scam....waiting for the outcome..as if they are a scam, I do not want to get myself in any deeper holes...
