Saw on news 6-12 p.m. That if these calls r from foreign country, they can't be blocked. Go guess is working on blocking these calls to US.

When I answered they were silent then hung up. They called back immediately. I answered silent then hung up.

I received a call from 407-378-2743. Didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it. They left no message and when I called back I got recording that said I had reached IPS to hold for a rep. They played music then they hung up on me. What is IPS and why are they calling me?
