Yeah, I got a call from this number just now, spoke to a rude, arrogant person who incorrectly thought he could push ppl around on the phone.  After demanding several times for him to give me his name and who he worked for, and then after subsequently receiving threats from him, I hung up the phone and did some research.

Bottom line, it appears this is a "paper serving" company that serves lawsuit papers, and they attempt to deceive ppl by setting an appointment with you as a Florida Energy person and deliver papers.  I frankly don't give a damn, as they were calling for someone else anyway...I have no reason to have any papers served to me.  But this is the issue with this phone number apparently.  Here's the serving company, at least based on the link given above:

This number was used by people calling themselves the Florida Energy Association who want to do an energy assessment to reduce your energy bill.
I know its bull because I have installed solar panels and the person didn't know if the solar panels would help reduce my energy bill or not. Anyways the voice mail box was full when I called it back.

Said she was from the Florida Energy Association.  Extremely rude, claimed she was not solicitating anything after I informed her that we were on the Florida Do-Not-Call list.  Told her I was reporting her to both the national and Florida list.  These calls have been going on for months in our area.  Does anyone know how to stop them?  Various phone numbers for the same thing.

Call from this number and they hang up without saying anything, but we received prior calls from "Florida Energy Association" on a different number and the caller was rude, hanging up when told we are on the do not call list and to stop calling.
