I received 3 phone calls in one day.  I didn't recognize the number therefore did not answer it.  The fourth call they left a voicemail stating that they were from ITT Tech calling about an online inquiry I had sent.  I sent no such inquiry and never  accessed that website.  This day, I received a total of 11 telemarketing calls, including this one -- the first time ever.  Someone sold or received access to my cell phone number.
