Are you sure you don't mean lawbreaking Portfolio Recovery Associates? The name sans "recovery" appears to be for an innocent looking PR firm in Philly.

EVERY TIME I GET ONE OF THESE CALLS I REPORT THEM TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION WEBSITE ftccomplaintassistant.gov AND THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY WEBSITE donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx IT TAKES ALL OF 5 MINUTES AND JUST MAYBE IF WE ALL DID THIS WE COULD SHUT THEM DOWN.

I did not answer the call, but after they hung up I called using *67 to block my number (There may be ways to unblock blocked numbers). I took the chance to see who might be calling me. The person answering the phone was not professional. He just said, " hello". I told him that he had been calling me.
He asked for my number. When I asked who he was he just made a couple of clicking noises. I told him I thought so and to lay off the phone.

Got a call from this number. Don't know who they are. No message was left. I don't answer my phone if I don't recognize the number.
