Portfolio and Capitol One both suck the big banana. Everyone a buy android mobile phone. Download free caller Id software and be done with these clowns. I laugh at Capitol One and Portfolio both. They waste money on useless phone calls. They haven't reached me the last 2,000 times and yet they think that tomorrow I may just answer the phone. dumb people. They waste money just like our congress.
Capitol One you are stupid as you were tricked into to thinking this dead profession of collections by phone would be profitable. Sell Portfolio before it ruins your business. I'm going to make sure that everyone knows you are the parent company to this stupid collection agency that everyone hates. Watch.
