I receive 2 or 3 calls per day from the 400 area code I don't owe ANYONE anything. If they have nothing better to spend their time on, then knock your self out.

they are calling all family members on a family cell phone plan and will not identify who or what they are. Will be filing a complaint with my state Atty. Generals office
