Are you sure you don't mean lawbreaking Portfolio Recovery Associates? The name sans "recovery" appears to be for an innocent looking PR firm in Philly.

I've been getting these calls for months and occasionally a stupid female dog leaves a message saying "The call is from Portfolio Recovery Associates...." I hope she gets throat cancer and dies a slow, painful death. I've never had any past due debt, so I wish these people all the misery in the world.

got call today says portfolio associates. no message
