This is a scam. Is a collection agency, calling to make threats on people for old accounts that are non-collectable since they ae expired.

This number won't stop calling me and left me 12 voicemails just last night, what do I do?

They left a message for my girlfriend, horribly mispronouncing her name.  They said they were the Civil Claims Recovery Company or something like that.  They said it was in regards to a debt that a civil case would be sent out to the County Clerk.  This is nothing but a sham, we have been getting these calls for the last 6 months.  If there really was a case to be had, it would have taken place already.

Don't let these idiots harass or intimidate you, they are Scamming Losers and trained to sound threatening  Trust me they are just the biggest bs ever;  I called back one ; one day as receive many, LMAO , they got so scared and intimidated, they hung up.  Tell them your spouse or other is a judge//lawyer // law enforcement, you see how fast they will disappear , well , lol, for a while anyhow, just started getting them again.
