Been getting a lot of calls from this number, no one says anything. Very similar in nature to other calls from some different numbers, other than this one has a name on the caller ID, that will come up "Miller Plante" or "Orlando FL". I fell for the try our stuff line from Miller Plante, I did not even use the stuff. I sent it back, and had checked the delivery confirmation number. Then, several months afterwards, they started calling with the harrassing about paying them...claiming they never got the return. Mind you, USPS delivery info is only available online for around 6 months afterwards. They waited until after it couldnt be checked anymore to start harrassing me about this stuff.

Ditto you have it 100 percent correct... In 5 years it won't matter... It drops off the credit report... Went they call just say you don't know anyone by that name they got a wrong number.  If they call again do a dick dance and freak out.  Tell them you have reported them to ripoff.com and the Federal Trade Commission.
