Wondering who is calling?

This man calls and speaks to me in spanish if he has reached so and so at my home. And do I speak spanish. I respond in English and he immediately hangs up. Annoying.

I have recived a lot calls from this telephone.

constantemente me estan llamando de este telefono y dicen que hablan de mi compania de telefono para felicitarme por que hago mis pagos puntuales  solo aparece KISSIMIR FL POR FAVOR BLOQUEARME ESTE TEL

They just called me too in spanish asking baout my Address pretending to be the Verizon company. He sounded really dumb like he didnt know how to answer my questions regarding who it was and why they are trying to scam people.
