called the number back, it rang then it said, the GOOGLE subscriber you have called is NOT available?

"Hello, this is Sandra from the National Student Aid Center offering you a chance to save 40% on your student loan payments." Gee thanks, since I've never had a student loan. Robocall, obviously a scam.

I no longer have a student loan -  it was paid off about 25 years ago.

It's Sandra Tanner.... She said I could get my student loan money back... I graduated 30 years ago! You think I can collect interest on it too?  Robo spam call! It needs to stop! If you can get a valid number call them back several times a day and interrupt their work... It fun!
