Wanted me to give my privite information to lower intrest on my credit cards.

Stated that they were from Card Services, said they could reduce our interest rate to 6% -- was on hold for 1 hr - wanted more info did not give it to them

Somehow they work with Esperion to lower credit card interest rates.  Apparently my account came under review.  They supposedly work with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and one other card.  For a fee of $860 they said they could guarantee me $2500 in savings and knock my interest rate down from 12% to 4-8%.  They were pushy and argumentative.  When I said I could call my credit card company to lower the rate I was told that I absolutely could not.  I know for a fact that this is so untrue.
