Text message from this number. Person wants to buy used cell phone I have for sale for $200. Offering $300 if I give them my PayPal account number and send the phone to a third party (brother who lost or damaged his) at an overseas address. Says he's too busy to ship it.  Smells like a scam to me.  Most people offer less on Craig's list, not more.
