It's Brighthouse...calling for some promotion. Pick up when they call and have them remove you from their calling list.

It's also used when you report an outage of service and ask them to call you back when the outage is resolved. So, not always a bad thing.

Yes, I had a brighthouse problem using my OOMA telephone with my Brighthouse RR Service. Their sysyem probably called to verify that I phone was working. Not bad, I appreciate their help and followup.

I answered the call from this same number. It was Brighthouse calling to remind me of my service appointment tomorrow.
