Received a call from 407-206-7327 -- did not leave a message, however when I tried to call them back it states that this number has been diconnected

I was just phoned on cell, which has a PA number. I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

Missed the call, they didn't leave a message. I tried to call the number and it sounded like a phone was left off the hook(if anyone remembers what that sounds like). I'm also in PA, area code is 724.
