I filed with the fed's for annoying phone call on this number.
They call my cell phone now almost 4 times a week - today they called twice.
They always just hang up - no sound at all on the other side.
After reading above - I just bought a new house as well, AND I had them do water test home home depot in the free envelope
I called Home Depot and told them what I knew.  They said they would look into it immediately.
I live in the Pinellas County area of Floirda..

"Hi, we're from Home Depot. We notice that you recently bought a house in our area and we'd like to give you a $25.00 gift card from Home Depot. For security reasons, we can't put it in the mail. We will bring it out to your house, and when we do we will give you a free water test.  Do you drink tap water? ..."

No thanks, I never allow strangers into my house.
