Caller ID says FOP D7, which I must assume means; Fraternal Order of Police, District 7.
Since there is no District 7 that I am aware of, my guess is that it is just some company claiming to be soliciting money for a non-profit organization.
Even if it is legitimate, never donate money via a telemarketer.  They take as much as 90% of the money and keep it for "administrative fees".

Just called at 5:53 pm here in central Florida.  I never answer when I don`t recognize the number.  Do my donations through our church or the Wounded Warrior Project.

The Florida Fraternal Order of Police was a scam when I moved to Florida 30 years ago. It's STILL a scam. Don't give these thieves anything!

Did not answer as I know this is from Orlando & supposedly the Fraternal Order of Police.  I am tired of these people asking for money all the time - most of us in FL are retired & have barely enough for our own households to live on!  Just go away & leave us alone!!!
