this phone number just keep calling my phone call my phone I wish they would stop annoying you call it back and it says the number is not in service

They keep calling my phone , twice in 30 minutes. When I call back the number is out of service,

This number calls my phone several times a day! Number out of order when I call back. STOP!!

This is now the second number that calls & calls. The other is 417-800-2376. same thing, calls & calls. I tried calling back from my office land line and nothing happens.
Reported to Natl Do Not call and nothing changes.
