Just called my cell. Didn't answer the call, and no message left.

They called at 11:30 am Tuesday 9/22/15 re a credit card problem/. they then ask you to press 9 to connect with a live person. Beware. I did not speak, I simply deleted the call.

This number is associated with an Alleged Card Services company that claims to be able top lower your credit card interest rate to 6.9 percent. Do not provide them with any information about whay card or number you have. Scammer at best .
