Caller ID showed "Name Unavailable".

I didn't answer but, if I remember correctly, in the past this number was used by either a political advertising group or that scamming Police Benevolent Society that gives a penny of every thousand dollars to the police and the telemarketers pocket the rest, under the guise of being a charitable organization!  I hate these jerks!!
