I would like a penalty payment for breaking my do-not-call list rules, from this number with a recording to press 9 to lower credit card interest rates.

Will not continue if answering machine picks up.
If aperson anawers the phone,offer is pitched to lower interest rate on credit card, they gives the last 4 digit of credit card number

Just got a random call from this number..no message left on my answering machine.Has called previously, with no message left.

This person called me twice saying do you have a loan more than $3,000 dollars and do you want to lower your rate to 6.9 percent and I asked him how did you get my number as it is unlisted and I said I am also on the no call list and he just hung up very rudely if he calls again will report him to the attorney General.

Called twice today.  Annoying.  I am also on DO NOT CALL!
