keeps calling though i refuse to answer due to hundreds of complaints about this number on the internet

Received call asking for my son. I was told that I was talking to a MS. Flynn and asked her what company/agency she was with she replied "CRA" asked what does that stand for she said it means CRA. Asked CDR of what Answer CRA of LA. What is it in REF to: Processing my sons paper work? Be carful out there sounded pretty suspicious!

Keep calling - just started this week 4/13/09...Don't always leave message. Unable to return call to get the calls stopped and caller ID is a non-dialable #

I want OFF their calling list. When I pressed 9 to speak with an operator as soon as I said I wasn't interested in "lowering my interest rates" she hung up on me before I could ask to be removed from their calling list. HOW do I get off the list. This has to be illegal!!!!!
