Calls but nobody is there and calls about twice daily.

Call identified as "Florida"  no message.

I received a call from this number.  No one answered.  How can I prevent these calls being made to my cell phone?

I received a call from this number on my home phone every day for the last week.  When I answered today, a message stated something about lowering interest rates on credit cards. Ok, I'll play.  I was on hold briefly and then this young lady answered the phone.  I said, yes what company are you with and what is your name - she hung up.  two hours later, I have a call on my cell phone.  If anyone can find out how to stop these people from calling - please share
