called about a lowering my credit cards...automated call...press 9 to talk to moron about lowering your rates......then dials another number so you can;t actually call them back or complain......when the loser got on I asked for what card and he said my visa or mastercard...I said you tell me you called me and then i asked what company he worked for and he hung up......what a sad pathetic life these people have to work for such a company....ha ha  99% of your calles you get hung up on!
