Jerk asked for $1billion to put my number on a DO NOT Call List.
Represented himself as a VISA employee.

male called just after 5p claiming to have a program to lower all of my "major" credit card interest rates to 5.9% IF i owed more than 3K and was paying more than 10%, also stated would work on getting dept store card rates down too! when i asked him what the cost of this program was, claimed no cost. when i asked how do "you" get paid then, meaning who would pay for this program, certainly not the cc company's, he either smart alec or dumbly answered "by the hour".... throughout the call he was not very articulate or sounding very "bright" .... as i pressed him to confirm that he was telling me that there was no charge for this program he hung up! when i tried to call this # back was not able.....seems suspicious to me!

just had 2nd call. once on my home phone and then once on my home office phone. both same day with in 2 hrs of each other. no message left. i dont answer unknown calls.

answered this call and it was a recording claiming to lower credit card interest rates to 6%.  To do this it said press nine on phone.  Sounds like something to switch you to some foreign line and charge thousands a minute for a phone call??

My wife took a call from this number and the female offered to lower cc APR to 6%. She said she was from Visa and Mastercard, not the bank or card issuer. Luckily my wife is intelligent enough not to give any information
