Offering to reduce interest of credit cards.  Told me their company name is "Account Services" but hung up on me when I asked for company location.  Have had several calls from them, and they always hang up when I ask for any identifying information or ask to be removed from their list.  I don't have caller ID, but last call return gave 407-000-8724.

(407) 000-8724 Offering to reduce interest of credit cards. They will hang up if you say anything that indicates you don't want to reduce your rates. They have called many times at business and home number. Please complain to FCC at: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

called up with a recording then a guy came online and called me an [***] when I told him we were on the no call list.
