called this number back and it said it was disconnected

Have gotten several calls from this number.  They say they want to lower my interest rates.  I have been asking them to remove my name and everyone says they will.  Spoke with a "supervisor" Michael today and was the rudest thing ever. They say they cannot remove my number as they don't have any information.  But when I told them I got a new phone number, he then provided my husbands name.  He was very rude and said there was no way to remove my name/number.
