Recorded message stated they were calling to lower the interest rate on my credit card accout.  Caller stated I must press "9" to lower interest rate.  I pressed "9" a live voice came on, asked if I was calling to lower my interest rate, I asked her to repeat what she had said, she again asked if I was calling to lower my rate.  I asked her to lower the rate on WHAT?  She stated, "your visa or master card account."  I stated that I did not have a Visa or Master Card account.  She hung up immediately.

Automated Call about lowering the interest rate on my acct.  When I pressed 9 and started to tell them I was on the do not call list, the live operator hung up on me!  When they were the one continually calling MY HOUSE!

Called at 2:07 pm automated call said this is Rachel from Card Services offering to lower my interest rate for credit cards supposed to press #9 to get a live operator.  I hung up I will file a complaint at Donotcall.gov

They called my cell! I do not have not have any credit cards. and my number is on donotcall aleady :(
